I was really skeptical at first at buying this product. I've heard a lot about buying cheap baking powder and it not performing well. I do a lot of baking to help things stretch as we are a one income family, but budget was really tight and I needed baking powder so I decided to take a chance. This has performed great on anything I've made including bread. I will continue to buy this for sure.
