Terrible Client Service / Defective Dangerous Razor Blade

I called to complain about a defective product. I was treated to a bunch of liars assuring me that my concerns would be dealt with in a expeditious manner. As such, I found the customer service horrendous, dishonest, and condescending. Unbelievable such dishonorable discourse would exist in this public company.

Costly, but good.

The blades, like most, are expensive but are really good. My husband always uses them faithfully and I switched from my regular blades to these ones. Which makes it easier to only buy one brand but they are also worth it too!
