Fantastic Product

This is a whole new category for anything remotely close to a shave gel. It’s not as thick and goopy as regular shave gels at all. It lathers nicely and goes on like soap, but still gives you a nice shave as if you’re using a shave gel. I love that this product is dermatologist AND gynaecologist approved, and it doesn’t have any of those nasty ingredients like parabens, sulfates, etcetera, so you definitely feel safe using it in areas like your bikini line.

Call me simple but I prefer soap

This product is a little weird. Too much rubbing and it lathers (albeit not well) and I find soap works better. Not enough rubbing and it goes on like a thick gel (as advertised) but was honestly too thick to get a close shave. Not worth paying extra for a separate product when bar soap works just fine.

Good shaving gel

I received the Gillette Venus 2-in-1 Cleanser And Shave Gel for free in exchange for my honest review.

The 2-in-1 cleanser + shaving gel is made without parabens, dyes, fragrance and silicones. It is pH balanced and 100 percent soap free which is great for sensitive skin and areas. The formula is clear to help you see what you are doing. It lathers quite nicely once you can get it out of the bottle! The pump on this is not very good with this gel. I did not experience any razor burns or irritation whatsoever. My skin was very smooth afterwards. Great shaving gel but packaging issues

The Gillette Venus 2-in-1 Cleanser + Shave Gel is my new favorite shaving product. It comes in a pump bottle and has a clear gel consistency that foams up thinly so you can still see what you are doing underneath. The gentle formulation is soap free as well as being free of parabens, dyes, fragrances and silicone. Perfect for using on more delicate areas like public skin. The only issue I have with the product is that I had some problems with the pump not working properly but I hope with continued use it will work better.

Perfection! This shaving gel is ideal for the nether regions as it's completely fragrance-free and non-irritating. It's very gentle - it produces a fine lather but nothing crazy, and doesn't dry out the delicate skin there. It facilitates the shave immensely and helps prevent cuts and scrapes. Love!

Multitasker!!

Cleanser + Shaving Gel 2-in-1 is a multitasker- gently cleanses and stays in place when you shave. I love a good multitasker! This didn't dry my skin out and it works great as a shave gel. Notables: soap/fragrance/paraben and dye free, dermatologist & gynecologically tested, pH balanced, helps prevent irritation.

Try it at least once!

This smooth gel feels soft on the skin and gently exfoliates without feeling harsh on sensitive areas. It smells fairly clean and rubs on very thick. This gel is ideal for those who have issues with ingrown hairs. Ultimately, this should provide a cleaner shave and reduces your issues drastically moving forward. After using the product, I did not receive any razor burns. I use it up to two times per week for all of my shaving needs. It is super easy to apply and use. As well, the product does not leave any irritation after use if it is your main concern. I highly recommend this product to all the ladies looking for a product change or a cleaner and smoother shave.

A great find

I was surprise by how easy it was to apply and used it! The formula is so easy on my skin. I really saw a big improvement in such a delicate skin zone.

Works as advertised

This is a really good shaving gel, and it does exactly what it promises. It comes in a pump bottle that provides some resistance, so it's easy to control the amount of gel dispensed. The gel gets thicker somehow when applied to skin. It's completely clear and non foaming (no soap in it). I actually prefer shaving foam, because that way I can see which area I'm done with, but I can get used to this gel. It's really gentle and rinses of very easily. The best part is that it doesn't clog the razor at all, which is the main reason I'll keep using it.

Finally a solution for my sensitive skin!!

I am loving this new 2 in one shave gel and cleanser from @gillettevenus! I love how it doesn’t foam up allowing me to see the areas I need to shave!! Loving this new formula ESPECIALLY since I have very sensitive skin and I always have razor burns after shaving! The new Gentle surfactant blend is a 100% soap free formula which my sensitive skin loves, it leaves my skin feeling smooth and irritation free - an added bonus is this formula is fragrance free!

This new formula allows me to have a clean shave with its viscous texture that stays put during shaving. The formula is made without parabens, dyes, fragrance and silicones. With this new product and formula, I am never dreading shaving my pubic hair again!!
