Don't be fooled by the "healthy" appearance of this products' claims. Although they add vitamins to the water, it has a load of sugar in it as well - it's manufactured by the Coca Cola brand, so that should speak for itself in terms of how beneficial this is for you. I don't like the taste of the "water" either. It's artificial and too sweet for what water is expected to taste like. I won't be relying on this product to give my body the nutrients it needs and I highly doubt the amount they put in it will actually make a big difference in supplementing one's diet. I'd rather get my vitamins from real food instead.

It is weak tasting sugar water. Not healthy at all.
