I purchased 3 of these bottles on sale and the scent was nice and light, however, this bottle is not well constructed. Instead of a trigger to use the spray you have to push the sides and if you don't apply the right pressure nothing comes out. My mom has arthritis and cannot squeeze anything out of it. So, I ended up giving them to a friend. The company needs to rethink this design flaw.
I love Glade - I spray this stuff on my gym stuff (backpack, clothes, shoes) and laundry (before washing) to neutralizer the odors and, of course, stretch out the wearing time of my gym gear. This is a staple product in my house. I like how the wonderful scent diffuses throughout the house too. I like how much control I have over releasing the product too! I like quick little puffs or sometimes if it's a heavy job I can hold down the button to release a continuous stream of freshness.
I got a coupon to try this for free. The advertised cost is about a dollar more than Frebreze. This particular scent is nice and light, and not overpowering. However it doesn't have any staying power in comparison to Frebreze. I sprayed Frebreze in one room and then this one in another. The scent pretty much went away as soon as the droplets hit the ground. I'm not sure if it's the quality of the product of that this scent is so light, I couldn't tell? This advertises as a "kit", which is a holder that can be refilled. The re-fill bottled is slightly cheaper than Frebreze, however this is 198g. vs. 275g, so I'm not sure if it's at all a better value. I am confused by the re-fill concept. Is this supposed to make this product better for the environment with less packaging? But the refill is a full bottle in itself of the same size. It's not like buying soap detergent in bulk packaging to fill up a smaller bottle. So I don't see how this reduces any packaging. As a matter of fact, it uses additional holder, which in itself is additional plastic packaging. Am I missing something? I think I'll stick to Frebreze as this hasn't proven to be a better product or a better price.
