Drying

I got this in a beauty subscription. I’m not a big charcoal person, so this product wasn’t really great for me. It dries down, and makes it hard to wash off your face. Charcoal also dries out the skin more, so it’s not good for dry/ combination dry skin types like mine. It left my skin looking a bit on the red side. Didn’t cause any acne, but didn’t really do anything beneficial either. Very pricey if you’re buying it from a beauty store. I personally wouldn’t try again.

I’d heard amazing things about this product and was so excited to try it. Never regretted trying something new so much!

I’ve always had little blackheads on my chin and hoped this would be the final straw to get rid of them. What a mistake! My chin came out in huge red spots and sores that slowly started to spread up my face. I thought it was just my skin adapting to the product but no it just got worse. Discontinued use and my skin was much better.

Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
