A must for ezcema/dry skin

I have tried many different lotions over the years trying to find something that would actually work for my son's ezcema. Nothing seemed to help, until I found this product. I mix essential oils in with this and this has been a game changer in keeping his skin from flaring up as much a son it used to.

I participated in a survey about GlaxalBase products when I learned that it is a product No1 recommended by Canadian dermatologists for treating and preventing eczema. At first I was a little sceptical about it. But when I tried it all my doubts disappeared. This cream was and is very effective in treating my eczema. It just feels so good on my skin. Great texture. Not greasy. It has a scent which I can describe as a medical one and I love it!

Glaxal Base Moisturizing Cream - Pros & Cons

With dry & sensitive cream, I was looking for a base cream that I could work with to add just a drop or two of tried & true natural essences to to create a topical cream for pain. While this cream (without the tried & true natural essences) did not irritate my sensitive skin, the Glaxal Base chemical ingredients have an overpowering laboratory chemical smell that made me smell like a medicine cabinet. Family actoss the room commented on the pong. I won’t be using this again!

Très bon hydratant pour la peau !!!

J'ai adoré la crème Glaxal base. J'ai du psoriasis sur les pieds et les mains donc j'ai la peau extrêmement sèche à ces endroits. Je dois donc utiliser une bonne crème hydratante pour éviter d'avoir davantage de crevasses. Il est super efficace et pas trop gras !!!

Kinda gross, but it works really well

It's slimey and greasy.
It makes me sweaty and slippery.
It smells like a hospital, which really turns off my ex-medic boyfriend.

BUT when it comes to moisturizing skin, thoroughly and all day, it is a PERFECT moisturizer.
My skin is so sensitive that friction makes me welt..."dermatographia."
Allergist had nothing better to recommend.
Comparable products have been impossible to find.

The big tubs of this product are sold at Costco for like $16 - not much money for months and months of moisturized skin.
I used to buy it behind-the-counter at the drugstore for $30.

Great for eczema

My daughter has awful eczema and this has made it look so much better! Recommended by my dermatologist, a tad expensive but definitely worth every penny.

J'ai toujours utilisé cette crème de base pour hydrater la peau sèche de mes bébés. Elle est très efficace et elle est bonne pour la peau sensible car elle est sans parfum. Toutefois, elle ne guérit pas les poussées deczéma.

I’ve had ezcema and psoriasis for most of my life. I’ve tried many moisturizing creams/lotions but it seemed like a lot of the products only gave me temporary relief.

Glaxal Base is by far my favourite moisturizing cream to use on my body. Glaxal base provides relief, repairs the damaged/cracked skin, decrease the itching, doesn’t leave a sticky/greasy feeling, and it doesn’t sting on application, a true holy grail for me.

I have rosacea and lately my skin has been really red/tight. Someone had suggested glaxal base since it’s fragrant free and adds a barrier. At first I did not like the smell but it goes away and my skin does feel much better and soft
