I received a sample of this in my March ipsy bag and I really enjoyed it. It says to use after you have washed your face and after your face has dried so I used it after I had a shower. It left my face feeling extremely clean and my face was really soft as well. My face still feels really soft a day later. I would definitely recommend this product I have had sensitive skin lately and it didn't bother me at all.
