Best Multi Purpose Serum

This niacinamide, dew drops serum is a multi tasking serum that provides the skin an amazing dewy, glassy look! I have never tried a product that can make the highpoints on my face look "wet" and dewy like this one! I use this under makeup as a primer or mix it in with foundation to add some glow but my favorite way to use this is to add to the highpoints of my face on top of makeup and it is STUNNING!!
