These drinks are great to throw in a purse or gym bag when in a hurry. they are filling and full of vitamins. The chocolate flavored ones are smooth and taste like chocolate milk. I always wait until they go on sale, and get good value that way.

It was okay to drink once in awhile. I felt it had a slight aftertaste and did not help craving to eat more. More useful when you do not feel like eating but want to make sure you getting proper nutrients that you need. It serves that purpose for diabetics and it comes in various flavours.

I have always found the flavors a little strange but being diabetic these are a great way to get the extra nutrition you need with out having to eat so much sugared products. The price is'nt too bad
