A gluten free snack.

I find that more and more gluten-free snacks are making their place in the market. I myself am not on a gluten free diet, but my brother has celiac disease and we often purchase gluten free snacks. The Glutino Gluten Free Chocolate Vanilla Creme Cookies are the perfect cookie to pair with milk. I often like to have these sort of cookies crushed with ice cream and this is also great for that. I often find gluten free cookies to be either too soft or too hard, these were not either. Although, I do not recommend dunking them in the milk as they are softer than a normal chocolate biscuit.
