I LOVE these!

A few years ago when I became lactose intolerant I thought that I would never be able to eat a cheeseburger or a grilled cheese sandwich again. I found some amazing lactose free hard cheeses (that were actually cheese), and tried a bunch of vegan and vegetarian processed cheese options that were all absolutely disgusting. I finally happened upon these delicious little pieces of heaven. After 2 years of searching, my first grilled cheese was indescribable! They melt a little slower than regular cheese slices and have a very slightly different taste but they are definitely the closest thing I've ever found! LOVE them!
