I admit I was a bit skeptical as to how this gluten-free organic chocolate cake mix would taste....but it actually surprised me.

It was simple to mix up, and cooked really nicely.

It wasn't an overpowering chocolate taste, and honestly, you wouldn't be able to tell that it was Gluten Free and healthy(ish)! It was moist and fluffy - not dense like other gluten free cakes I've had in the past.
