Paleo Pancake mix don't buy this

I bought this pancake mix because we are going Paleo/Auto Immune for my daughter. I had to search online and thru all our local grocers before I finally found this one that is gluten free, paleo and potato starch free as well (trying to keep out nightshades). My daughter said they do not taste good and are grainy, gritty and bland. She did add strawberry jam and that helped a bit.
