Although the Dollar Tree sells these, and only for $1.00; I say its so worth it. It taste just like the candy when you lick your lips, it keeps your lips smooth and moisturized for a good amount of time and its a perfect price. I will only say it will be good for dry lips and keeping them moisturized. I don't know how well they will actually work on chapped lips. If you have chapped lips, I can guarantee this will make them FEEL better, but I don't know if it will cure them.

And so you know, this IS made by the Hersey's Company. And I'm not sure if you'll find this at every Dollar Tree.
