Not tasty

I didn't like the Good Mood milk. It didn't taste that great. I have tasted lactose free milk before and this didn't taste the same. I was excited to try a new milk but did not like the taste.

I don't get the math!

So, this is creamy and tastes pretty good. I just can't reccomend it based on the fat content and that I still got cramps. There is 110 Kcal in an 8 ounce glass accoring to the packaging. In that amount of milk there is also 4.5 grams of fat which comes out to being 40.5 Kcals. A gram of fat is about 9 Kcals. How is that 2 %?
