Nice banana flavour but hard to find

I received a free product coupon for the Good & Simple Banana Bran Muffins from ChickAdvisor to try out.

I enjoyed the taste of these muffins and they were quite moist and not dry. I could see myself purchasing these again as a regular snack. The only issue is that they were a bit hard to find in stores. Also, when I did eventually find them, the best before date was either already past due or nearing the date. It would be difficult for me to finish all 4 muffins in that quick of a time.

Delicious and wholesome

I was happy to be able to try this product, and to discover more things my little picky eaters like to eat :), which is awesome! Not overly sweet, this is great on its own or can be eaten with with fruits, and even veggies and cheese (discovered by little experimenters, and tested by mom-me :) )

Perfect on-the-go breakfast!

I was mailed a free coupon for Good & Simple Banana Bran Muffins for review purposes. I love how the muffins are individually packaged. It makes for a very convenient breakfast on-the-go. The muffins are moist and not too sweet. I see this muffin becoming part of my regular breakfast routine - just toss it in my bag and eat during my train ride. I would definitely recommend this line of muffins to friends!

Not good

Very dry and not worth the calories to me. Flavour is ok, but can get much better in the grocery stores and coffee shops. I gave them to my kids and they thought they were just ok too. I won't be buying them again

A great product for a quick snack

I received a free coupon for the Banana Bran Muffins
They came in a box and were individually packaged.
I like that right from the start. I brought them to work and shared with my friends.
They are all natural ingredients and were filling but not greasy
Since they're individually wrapped, you can just grab and go without having to wrap them up
They came to a little over a $1 a muffin, but when you factor in the wholesome ingredients and pre-packaging, they are worth it
We all enjoyed the muffins and I will buy again

Banana bran is where it's at

2 of my favourite muffins in 1. I absolutely love the combination. Delicious and nutritious, the flavour does not disappoint. I love that simple ingredients are used. Most store bought muffins have an aftertaste because of the artificial flavours that are used. These muffins do not. The portion size is great. The only thing I do not like is the price. They are $4.49 at Freshco. I know that is only slightly over $1 per muffin but the initial cost of putting them in your cart is a little steep even though I understand why.

Good & Simple Banana Bran Muffins

Good & Simple Banana Bran Muffins were very soft and moist. They were a great morning snack with my coffee. They were filling without making you feel sick as sometimes happens when you eat a heavy muffin. They were wholesome and healthy and made a great start to my work day.

Excellent source of fibre but tastes a bit bland.

I loved the amount of fruit pieces and fruit flavour. But overall the muffin tasted a bit bland, it might be because I am not use to such high bran content. It is incredibly filling though so I would still eat one with my morning coffee on the days that breakfast is rushed. I just need to get accustomed to the high bran content and subtle sweetness.

Fresh out of the oven

I cannot believe how fresh these were and how good they tasted. The taste made me forget that they are healthy. I did not get to eat them in the first few days but they stayed fresh for almost a week. I ate them during that time.

Kids loved these! We'd buy again.

We really enjoyed these. Especially our kids (bonus!) Individually packed means they were fresh upon opening. These would be good for a quick grab for a road trip or treat in morning. They were great however 4 muffins for $4.99 at our metro seemed to be a bit pricey for a continual purchase.
