So this review is based on my thoughts on the muffins and my teenagers views.
We didn't like them very much. Very dry and crumbly, messy to eat if you are in the go - more often than not with every bite pieces (sometimes big pieces) would fall off the muffin as we were holding it.
I read the ingredients and I think the issues with this muffin could be remedied by tweaking the recipe and losing how crumbly they are.

Not good

Very dry and not worth the calories to me. Flavour is ok, but can get much better in the grocery stores and coffee shops. I gave them to my kids and they thought they were just ok too. I won't be buying them again

Fugheddaboutit !

So I was all excited to try the Good &Simple;Banana Bran Muffins. I found them quite easily in the store and loved the packaging right off the bat. I loved how they individually wrapped each muffin because I automatically thought "nice they take freshness to a next level." When it comes to the taste however I was less than happy. The muffins where a bit moist but tasted mostly dry. I hate to say it but these were the worst tasting banana bran muffins that I have ever eaten. I will not be recommending them to any of my friends.
