Yum, So Good and Simple

I was very excited when @ChickAdvisor contacted me with the opportunity to product test the new #GoodandSimple Blueberry Oatmeal Bars. I love blueberries and love even more that I #gotitfree for being an active member of the ChickAdvisor Product review club. I found these in the bakery section and could not wait to give them a try. These are tasty little snack bars that are very soft and chewy. The combination of blueberries and oatmeal is wonderful. They are conveniently individually packed so it make it easy to just through one in your purse when you are running out the door. I love that there are no artificial colors or flavors. They are made with real blueberries and rolled oats. Even better they contain 13g of whole grains per 40g serving. One bar is 150 calories which is about the same as a chewy granola bar. This is one of the few snack bars on the market that I can actually read and pronounce all the ingredients. I #LoveGoodandSimple bars in fact I have already bought another box these but in a different flavour. I will recommend these to all my friends and family. A great snack, especially for those that are always on the go.

Not my favourite

I do love these muffins but I prefer the banana flavour. Something about the after taste just didn’t do it for me. I also loved the cranberry, orange, and flax bars. They were so soft and moist. Go for those instead.

Not a blueberry fan but these were good

I got to try these bars for free and they weren't too bad. I am not a big fan of blueberries but the bars tasted good, and were filling enough to tide me over till my next meal. I like that they are a healthy snack that you don't feel guilty having, all ingredients you can pronounce!

I little too dry!

I #gotitfree from Chick Advisor and I wasn't very impressed with these bars. I liked the blueberry flavour in the bars but I found the bar to be very dry and hard to eat.

Very moist bars and easy to pack and go.

These bars were nice and moist and overall fairly tasty. The only issue I had was they weren't as strong a blueberry flavour as I would have hoped and the blueberries were small and dried. They were a good snack to have at work. #gotitfree

Grab, go, eat later!

I am a snacker, always have been, always will be so was super happy to test these out when i #gotitfree via ChickAdvisor.

I like a "baked treat" and while these werent the best bar or treat i have ever tasted i did like them.

I like the bar format as sometimes eating a muffin in the car or on the go can get a little messy.

I also loved that they were individually wrapped, easy to throw in a gym bag, lunch bag or grab on the way out the door without having to find a container or baggy.

Th blueberry flavour wasnt overpowering or powdery, which i sometimes find with some blueberry flavoured items.

I found them filling, more so than i thought they would be. Oatmeal does tend to fill me up though so this was a good flavour option for me.

I think the regular price point is a little high. Even though i didnt buy them this time around i wouldnt pay full price for them. Would i buy them if i wanted an on the go snack and they were on special..quite possibly.

Just ok

I tried the blueberry good and simple bats free through chick advisor. They were ok, but nothing special. The taste actually reminded me of a fig bar. I gave them to the kids and they enjoyed them, however there are similar products on the market at a cheaper price that taste just as good or better. I probably won't spend the money for these few bars again.

Convenient go to snack for breakfast

#gotitfree thanks to ChickAdvisor! Was happy to have the opportunity to try this product as I am always looking for a quick easy option for breakfast. The bar had a decent taste although a bit sweeter than I normally like. The ingredients seemed fresh and real. The bar did not taste artificial. The individual packaging was very appealing to me as I like to throw some in my desk at work for a quick breakfast when I don't have time to eat at home in the morning. I would buy these again but likely only on sale as I found the regular price to be a bit pricey for my family budget.

Blueberry Oatmeal Bars

I liked the blueberry oatmeal bars a bit better than the muffins. I still did find them a little too sweet but I enjoyed the blueberry flavor. I like that they have a natural taste and that they are made with oatmeal. They are individually wrapped which not only it keeps them fresh but it makes it easy to just grab and go. Overall I would buy them again but only when they are on sale for 2.99 as they do retail at 4.99 at regular price.

Not my cup of tea

I had the opportunity to try Good and Simple Blueberry Oatmeal Bars as a review for ChickAdvisor.
Upon receiving my coupon , I rushed to Metro, where they can be purchased in the bakery. The box comes with 6 individually wrapped bars for freshness, it has no artificial colours or flavours. They have real blueberries and oatmeal spread on top.

Although they were very fresh, I was not happy with the tallow taste that stuck to the roof of my mouth and my tongue. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the flavour as well. It would be a great healthy snack for others, but for me I would probably pass on purchasing them. #GoodandSimple and #gotitfree @ChickAdvisor
