Healthy Yummy Snack!

These muffins are incredibly moist and delicious. They are individually packaged which makes them a perfect healthy snack for on the go. They are made with real ingredients and I liked that I could see the cranberries and blueberries inside. Overall I really liked these muffins and will definitely consider purchasing them at my local grocery store.

This flavour was just ok

When I was out purchasing muffins and bars for my Good & Simple reviews, my husband wanted to try the fruit + fibre muffins as well. I loved the taste of the bran and they were also very moist but I'm not sold on the cranberries in them. I think if they would have gone for blueberries and raspberries it would have been a lot tastier, I feel like the cranberries I'm not the right combo with the blueberries.

Great breakfast on the go!

I got the Good & Simple Fruit + Fibre Muffins for free from ChickAdvisor Club. I was a little skeptical about how these would taste at first since most "healthy' food tend to taste bland in my experience. These muffins were definitely not that! They were moist and full of flavour like homemade ones. I especially like the fact that they were individually wrapped so you can easily take them on the go. These muffins will be a regular breakfast item for me! #gotitfree

Great breakfast or snack on the go.

I #gotitfree from the Chick Advisor Product Review club. Love how it was individually wrapped so freshness is kept inside the packaging and don't have to worry about the muffin drying out. Taste wise it was okay could taste the fruit and fibre. It was good but for the price at $4.99 a package for 4 I could get a fresh muffin at a local bakery at that price. I would buy again if it was on sale.

Tasted Pretty Good

The muffins were quite soft and light. The taste was great and the price was bearable compared to the taste, could've been lower though, not sure if I can buy them so often

Tasty fruit and fibre muffins

Received a FPC for Good and Simple Fruit and Fibre muffins.I choose the ones with cranberries and blueberries.Liked that they were individually wrapped.Very fresh tasting,though I couldn't really taste any blueberries or cranberries.Love that there is no artificial colours of flavours and lots of whole grains.Not too sweet tasting which I also like

Great Muffins

tried these chocolate chip muffins and they were very good....did not know what to expect. but would not say it is the best I have ever had, but tasty all the same. The chocolate was very good!!!

Quick "on the go" Muffin

I got them at Freshco in the bakery section. The "best before" date was 3 days later.
Each muffin came individually wrapped in the box, which made it very convenient for throwing into lunches or taking as an "on the go" snack. I found them to be fresh with a nice flavour and a texture similar to a bran muffin with a few real cranberries and blueberries inside. They were not too sweet - just right for me. They suggested heating for 10 seconds in the microwave for a "just out of the oven taste", which did make them very nice - although I enjoyed them at room temperature and even cold out of the fridge. (They are not refrigerated at the store.)
They came in a box of 4 muffins for $4.99, which I found to be a bit pricey. Each muffin has 280 calories and 13 g of fat (a bit high) - but they do have 5 g of protein and 5 g of fibre. Ingredients were OK, but not as "good and simple" as I thought they would be.
I would buy them again, but probably when they were on sale.

Tasty filling

I tried Goid &Simple;(fruit+fibre) real cranberries &blueberries;muffins today as a late snack. It comes in an individually rapped units in a package of 4's.
It is very moist has nice texture not too crumbly with scattered berries inside also not too sweet just the right sweetness, but has a hint of bitterness
Overall it was filling and tasty.
I may try another flavor next time

Better Than Expected Though $$$$$$

When I received my coupons for this product I was expecting a DRY, CRUMBLY and Relatively TASTELESS product, based on past experiences with mass produced muffins. Given that they are a whole grain muffin I was DELICIOUSLY SURPRISED!! They were moist and not mealy or crumbly. There are chunks of blueberries and cranberries throughout the muffin. The only thing that would keep me from purchasing these on a more regular basis is the cost. $4.99 for 4 muffins is a little too much for my taste.
All in All though IF they were in sale or a lower price point I would definitely purchase these on a regular basis.
