Very Good!

These muffins were great! I was able to try them for free, thanks to Chick Advisory #gotitfree . I was really surprised that these were store bought muffins because they were so moist and tasted amazing. I would definitely purchase them again, because they were awesome for my husband and I to eat in the morning for breakfast. It was a quick thing to grab and go. Although I received them for free, the cost of them wasn't much in-store anyway. They were priced very reasonably, considering if I were to go to any coffee shop I would pay almost that price for just one muffin. I would recommend these to anyone who asked. I'm excited to try the different flavors available.

Great snack for on the go, and kids loved them

These boxes of individually-wrapped muffins (4 in each pack) are really good for traveling! The only drawbacks are that they get smooshed easily, are not as eco-friendly as they could be with the thin plastic wrap, and
the muffins themselves are quite crumbly and can make a mess (especially for little kids).

I really liked that the ingredient list is quite basic, though I'd have preferred that palm oil (second last on the list) was replaced with a different, less eco-unfriendly ingredient.

The muffins don't taste super sweet, which I love! The two flavors I chose, Chocolate Chip Oatmeal and Fruit & Fiber, have 18 g and 17 g of sugar per 85 g muffin, so that works out to approximately each muffin being 21% and 20% sugar. I'm guessing it's also partly because they're quite fluffy, and ingredients like rolled oats and bran, respectively, help to offset the sweetness. Also a plus: the sugar content is present in the form of actual sugar and brown sugar, and not something like high-fructose corn syrup.

The Fruit + Fiber muffins contain 5 g of fiber per muffin, which is pretty good. The fat content is 13 g, and it contains 25% of the RDA for calcium. The taste was what you'd expect from a high-fiber muffin, though I really liked that it didn't taste dry. The texture was soft and fluffy. My kids (1 and 3) actually really liked these—though they're pretty much into anything carb-y! They do make a huge mess eating these crumbly muffins, though.

At CA$4.99 for a box of four muffins, these aren't the cheapest snacks, so I would probably only buy them as a travel treat now and then, if they're on sale. They're a nice option to have in the grocery, though, and I'd be interested in trying the bars, too. I just didn't see any in my store at the time.

Pretty good muffins

I #gotitfree to try and review. For a prepackaged muffin, this was pretty good. The moist texture and the taste were good, and it left me full. I wish the ingredients list was more "simple" ingredients, margarine is not a simple ingredient.

Delicious!

I was excited to have the chance to try this product free of charge in return for my honest opinion. I found the muffins at my local Metro in the bakery dept. I liked that they are individually wrapped to keep in freshness. The muffins were moist and delicious! I would definitely return and buy again!

I loved these muffins. These are healthy and tasty at the same time. I liked the texture and these were not very sugary. Will definitely gonna keep buying these.

What a nice treat

I usually make my own muffins, because I find the affordable ready made ones just do t taste that great, and the ones I like are rather expensive.
I was delighted to get an opportunity to try Good and Simple Fruit and Fibre muffins free in exchange for my reviews from Chick Advisor, I chose the banana bran variety because the maple syrup I was selected for we're not available.
The first thing I really liked is that the Muffins are individually wrapped, making it very easy to add to a lunch bag. The s cond was the taste..they tasted fresh and were nice and moist without being too much so. A nice strong banana flavour, and the texture was just right.
I have already bought more of these, in other flavours which I will be reviewing separately.

Excellent product

Love the walnut and grain bars. They are so moist and flavourful. They were a perfect snack for my lunchest or a quick bite for breakfast. My daughter loved them as well.

I did not enjoy this product

I did not like the muffins they were dry and did not taste good. They are rather expensive and the muffins are not very big The packaging is very appealing and I was excited to try unfortunately the quality just wasn't there

My family loved it!

My family loved it (even my toddler who doesn't like to try new foods). It's not too sweet and is not crumby like other muffins we've tried. I already bought 2boxes after trying it.

Surprisingly good! I'm addicted!

I cautiously brought home the product, concerned that being prepackaged I'd be compromising taste for convenience. I was wrong!
From the first feel when I opened the package to the last bite, I was pleasantly surprised to taste a burst of flavor.
I found myself making sure the crumbs were enjoyed as well....and I can now say that I am hooked!
