I wasnt to happy
Good & Simple Fruit + Fibre Muffins I must say they were ok but I found them to be very dry I will try them again just encase I had a bad or stale box
was just okay
I think maybe Im used to denser/healthier homemade muffins... this one just tasted sweet and over processed. Much like the muffins you get in a 6pack at Walmart.
Good
I liked the taste of the muffin, it is a complete and a healthy breakfast/snack. Gives energy when u start the day. Will buy it again in the future. Thank u ChickAdvisor
I didn't think they were anything special.
I wasn't keen on them. I thought they were small. The taste was kind of boring. I found them pretty bland, but, they left a weird aftertaste that I didn't care for.
If I had to pay for them, I would have found them to be pretty poor value for the money. The box isn't too good. Because they had a best before date, I put them in the freezer, and found I liked them better out of the freezer. Otherwise I found them too soft for my taste.
Overall, not a buy for me.
Good but not the best
It's good but I ate better bars than this one. It's not worth to spend money on it because there are cheaper and better than that. It's good but I ate better bars than this one. It's not worth to spend money on it because there are cheaper and better than that.
Didn't like the taste
I wasn't thrilled with these compared to the chocolate chip ones. I love fruit muffins but I just felt the taste and texture was quite bland. I wasn't impressed at all and would of liked to try another flavour but the supermarket i purchased them from didn't have other varities.
I feel for the price these backed goods are they should be made with more natural ingredients. . The flavor was ok but it was a little dry. I thought they would be moister . I did not like that they used palm oil margarine or corn syrup if they are opting for a healthy snack.
Bleh!
I received a full value coupon from the Chick Advisor Review Club in exchange for my review.
I found the muffins at my local Metro store. The retailed for $4.99 for a box of four muffins. They were individually wrapped in plastic inside the box.
The packaging is very simplejust white and purple. Honestly, I think the packaging is very blah and I would normally just walk on by.
The flavour was very light and left a bit of an after taste. I wasn't a fan, but my son and husband liked them.
Pretty good muffins
I #gotitfree to try and review. For a prepackaged muffin, this was pretty good. The moist texture and the taste were good, and it left me full. I wish the ingredients list was more "simple" ingredients, margarine is not a simple ingredient.
Big Disappointment
These fruit + fibre muffins are below average in taste & quality and are one of the worst muffins I have ever eaten.
I was really disappointed after trying one of these muffins. They don't have much of a taste to them and I really disliked the way that the crumbled into little pieces so easily - very messy to eat.
I will definitely not be purchasing these muffins again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
