Yum & Keto friendly

Keto friendly bars. Soft texture, goes great with coffee. I tried all the flavours but prefer the cinnamon pecan and raspberry lemon. Keep one in my purse at all times. Can find on sale at times for $2.50 but generally almost $4.

Keto friendly bars

These bars come in 4 flavours (my order of fave to least fave) - cinnamon pecan, vanilla almond, lemon raspberry, and cocoa coconut - and they are delicious. On top of being Keto friendly they are also gluten free, vegan and peanut free.
These are my go to, ready to eat, snack while doing the Keto diet but I will definitely be continuing to eat them after.
I was afraid of them being too close to a protein bar because I absolutely do not like protein bars but they aren’t like that at all.

Very yummy and highly recommend.
