I've been buying "ouchless" elastics for what seems like an eternity now, I honestly can't remember life without them - oh wait - yah, I CAN! I still have a scar on my right thumb from the metal of an elastic from when I was a kid!

Anyway, I no longer have the need for these as my hair is short - but for my daughter, these are all I'll use! No metal scraping my fingers, no tangled hair stuck in the elastic - and best of all, they're "elastic" enough to actually hold hair and not let it fall out while running or playing...

The price is right, there's a colour available to match everything, and they surprisingly last a LONG while.. Thank you Goody :0)

I have always had the issue of having thick hair and broken elastics. Since I've switched to Goody Ouchless Hair Elastics, I never have to worry about broken elastics anymore.
They hold my heavy hair and they never break or stretch out like other brands. Great product.

Use these everyday! Very durable!

Sadly, I am the lazy girl who wears my hair in a ponytail everyday. EVERY day... so believe me I have experience with hair elastics. These are the best I've found. They are substantial and don't snag the hair, pull out small hairs, or break part way through the day. They are neat and easy to use. The only reason they don't get a 5 from me is that some break after one or two uses and the stretch-factor differs from one to another. This makes it hard to get the right tightness of the ponytail - 2x around? 3x around? What you want is that it stays put and you don't worry about it for the full day - so the right tightness is important.

Best hair elastics. They keep my hair tightly in place all day, and they do not pull out a bunch of hair when I take them out. Well worth the extra money. Also they do not stretch out quickly like other elastics I have used.

I like the Goody Ouchless Hair Elastics and use them daily for my ponytails, braids and buns. I like the fact that there is no metal connector that catches and tugs on my hair. However, as others have noted, these elastics do not have a long lifespan. They start to stretch after a few weeks of constant use, and eventually you have to throw them out because they are fully stretched out. Having said that, I still give this product good marks for effectiveness and price, and I would recommend them.

I recently purchased Goody Ouchless Hair Elastics because I was tired of having my hair get snagged in the metal on other elastics. The price was really good for the amount of elastics in the pack.

While I do like that these do not have any metal, I found to stretch out after using them a few times leaving them too loose. My hair is always falling out of them when I go for a jog or exercise. I also have had a lot of them break on me, without over-stretching them.

I would recommend them for children or for a loose pony tail.

These are the best hair ties I will always use. I even have ones for my daughter and it is so easy to take it off. I have very thick hair that I have to use two to hold my hair. I really like the idea that it does not have the metal piece in it.
