Not Good for Thick Hair

I have thick curly/wavy hair, and I need something strong to keep my hair in place. This product typically snaps pretty easily, and leaves an unpleasant bump in your hair. I like the new style of elastics where it does not crease your hair.

Ouchless indeed

Gone are the days of the metal pieces that used to snag in your hair. I love how many you get in one package. Makes losing them painless on your wallet. I also like the width of the bands. But find that they do overstretch easier.

Great hair tie for super thick hair

I’ve been using these hair ties on my daughter for a while now and they work great!
Her ponytails do not slip and stay tight all day long.

However, I have found that I cannot use them on my thin, fine hair. In order for them to stay put, I have to make it very tight, and it gives me a headache 🤕

Works well when they do not break

I have used Goody Ouchless elastics for a long time. They do work very well with minimal tangling. I have not been able to find a comparable product. Unfortunately I have come across some inconsistency in the stretch of the elastics (some are very tight) and frequently the elastic will break at the seam, which is frustrating. These are my hair elastic of choice, until I find something better :)

Does it’s job.

I have long and thick hair, so I always have goody’s ouchless hair elastics around, the only thing lately is I’m continually stretching and snapping them.

My fav hair band!

These are my favourite hair bands to use. I have really thick, long curly hair and it’s hard to find an elastic that holds it all up and doesn’t snap. These work great, and last a long time!

These are the only elastics that my daughters and I use...no pulling, they come out easily, good value for the price, durable and they come in a variety of colors.

Not great for fine hair

I've tried these several times and they always make my hair break off. And anytime I take it out of my hair, even gently, it rips my hair out. The size is great... perfect for wrapping around your hair twice, but I don't think this is a good product for fine or damaged hair.

Love hate relationship

I always buy this brand of hair elastics, but over time the band does become weak and half my bands end up snapping. It can be discouraging especially when they aren't exactly the cheapest brand out there. They however snag my hair the least of any brand I've tried
