I was really disappointed with this brush! I have really tough, tangly hair. I had bought a similar brush from a dollar store and it lasted me three years. I thought it was time for an upgrade so I payed $16 for this Goody brush and the handle came off within a week. I was really disappointed and won't buy it again.
I was so excited to see this brush thinking it would help in drying my hair faster and it did nothing at all. I would not recommend this brush at all it was a waste of money sadly
In theory this is a great product. A brush that drys your hair? Of course why didn't I think of this?
Goody did and props to them for effort but sadly this does nothing but brush hair. That being said it is a great wide paddle brush and I bought it for only $3 at a dollarama so it is not really a big deal that it failed to live up to the claims.
J'ai trouvé que la brosse arrache beaucoup tropes longs cheveux fins. Même quand j'utilise un démêlant mes cheveux sont arracher par la brosse. Je ne recommande pas aux cheveux longs.
Great concept, failed execution. I bought this because my son has very thick, semi long hair that takes forever to dry. A couple runs through his hair and the brush is soaked and so is his hair. It literally makes zero difference. He likes it because it's bigger and he thinks it feels softer, but it's absolutely ineffective.
I bought this thinking it would be awesome for my thick hair that takes forever to dry! In two seconds the microfibers were filled with water. *sigh* I tried to blow-dry my hair with the brush as it has holes in both sides to do so. It didn't dry the microfibers or assist with drying my hair! The price was over $15.00 at my local Wal-Mart. For that price I would of hoped it would of helped!
Terrible. My hair is excessively thin and this brush won't dry it. It is extraordinarily frustrating that I was promised dry hair and my hair is still soaked after brushing it. Do not buy
While this brush is very easy to use and does remove some excess moisture from your hair, it is not much better than just towel drying your hair. Maybe it’d be better for people with more texture to their hair or really long hair. I did like how gentle it was though—it detangles quite well. Although my hair is short it is very thick. I was very pleased with how the brush dried my hair. I didn't have to use a hair dryer at all!

I must say I am highly impressed with this brush. It absorbs the water from your hair, claiming to be like a towel & brush all in one combo that shortens your drying time.
I was weary when I first saw one in person because it looked quite bulky but although the brush is large it’s definitely not unmanageable. The paddle is the perfect size to hold the hair as you dry, without fly-aways in every direction. Most importantly to me as a mom of 2 with a full time job: it has cut my drying time way down all thanks to the microfibre bristles. Thankfully, these are also protected by antimicrobial properties so that the brush doesn’t get stinky like a wet towel.
My only concern was that although the brush claims to have a “lightweight design to reduce hand fatigue while drying” it did seem heavy on my first usage. That being said however I didn’t notice the heaviness at all upon my second attempt.
I was on the fence about this brush since it came out. I wanted to buy it, but the price was a bit steep to me for a brush. I ended up shopping in the States one day, and found the brush for 5$ less and gave in. I am not sorry I spent the money on this brush even though it was more than what I normally spend. I have long thick hair that endures a blow dry and flat iron every time I wash it, so we're talking a good hour of heat damage every couple days. It definitely cuts back on drying time I'd say by a good 1/3 of the time, the amount of frizz I have is reduced by a good 30-40%, and my hair is amazingly silky even after just blow drying it. And this is not putting any product into my hair beforehand to make it soft or manageable.
Bottom line, I LOVE this brush, and when the one I have craps out, I'll gladly spend the extra money to buy it at home in Canada, it is SO worth it!! :)
