Great companion.

The Google Nest Mini is a compact product which is great because i like good things in small packages. Thebeauty of it is not having to constantly touch it for it to listen to you. It is completely voice controlled, sets alarms, tells you the news and times, plays music increases and decreases volume on command and anything else you want.
The reason I wouldn't purchase another one is because I love this too much. I spent a good amount on it and I would not change it anytime soon... Okay give me a couple of years till I see something better. You got me;)

Need accessories now!!

the google nest mini has great sound for the size, easy set up, recognized my voice quick. Need to start purchasing the smart accessories to turn my house into a smart house. I completely recommend the nest mini if you are looking for a smart hub.

We love it

We have one of these for my room. It is great. Pretty inter usable. Not just an alarm clock. You can tell it to do things in other rooms of the house, and it will do it, which is neat. Love how you can get it to wake you up in the morning the way you want it to (ex. by alarm, radio, or specific song or singer). Only complaint is you have to have spotify premium to play specifics. Games a super fun. I play against my family in song quiz often. Wish it was cordless so I wouldn't have to unplug it and wait for it to restart every time I want to move it to a different room. It has a great speaker as well! Way better then the regular google home. It can hear me from across the room, which is pretty great. We take it outside and listen to it while we are in the hot tub too. You can hear it as clear as day over the jets.

I bought 2 on sale at Best Buy.

I got 2 for $50.I have asked my google mini so many questions .Some silly ones, we had a few laughs about.The only thing I can say is that the voice recognition isn't particular on whom commands it.Anybody can be me.. I have synced my google mini to my google Chromecast.I have had the mini for a couple weeks and myself and my daughter are really enjoying the easy access that it give us to listen to music.I recommend this to anyone who listens to music on a daily basis or casting movies..

I recieved my mini about a week before christmas for free as part of a promotion and so far i love it, it was super easy to set up and im now looking into purchasing more things to connect to it.

I had the Alexa for awhile that I received for a gift and I was intrigued and excited by everything this new age of A.I. can accomplish but there was still room to grow with the product. I heard great reviews about the Google mini so I decided to try it. I'm not exaggerating when I say in comparison this product wins hands down. Amazing in quality and ability. This product offers better sound, interpretation and response. As well the ability Google has offered in relation with coordinating products is crazy, the possibilities with this device are endless.

I wish the speaker was of higher quality, but overall I love the product. Entry level assistant with a lot of features. I love my miniature "Hey, google"

Use it daily

I got mine on sale at Christmas and I love it! I have it connected to my tvs with Chromecast so watching Netflix got even easier! It's also very useful when I'm cooking if I need to know conversions.

I was worried that the novelty would wear off and I'd have a paperweight but 6 months later I'd like to get a second one for another room.

I recommend it.

I received Google Home Mini as a Christmas gift in 2017. FANTASTIC. I absolutely love it. I have it set up in the kitchen/dinningroom as I mainly play music on it. The speaker is amazing as my 20 yr old says. Google mini answers all our questions FASTER than a person typing it in google on their cell phone. It is a lot of fun when company comes over. I do not use it for anything related to my house so I cannot comment on this aspect.

Amazing product!

I bought it for the intention of having it in my room to play music as it was smaller than usual speakers, wireless and on sale.

However I have come to like the fact that I can set alarms/timers, play trivia, and google questions. It easily understand my commands (ex. Stop playing music in 30 minutes) without me having to search the proper “words” to use this function. My brother got his own Google Mini and we realized that we can broadcast a message to each other’s room. (Fun Fact: we also realized “yell” activates this function as well)
