This stuff is a total dupe for the Anastasia Brow Wiz, it's super similar in formula. I will say the spooly end is stupid and hard to work with, but the actual product is nice.

I have crazy eyebrows, sometimes i pluck a little thin... yup I know, i need to be move patient and pluck one at a time! This product is GREAT! Fixes up my oops and allows me to have great looking brows! LOVE IT

I was not a fan of this product, it didn't really take to my brows, maybe if I were to use a small brush..I just didn't like this one though :( Mine wasn't a pencil either like this picture, it was in a tube like mascara with a wand.
