I received the GOSH Prime n' Set as part of the Product Review Club. I have never used a Primer powder, as my skin is usually pretty dry. I have tried this powder a couple of ways- first applying it before using powder foundation, and another time to set my make-up after using liquid foundation. I have to say that using it as a Primer before make-up, I did not see much difference in minimizing pores or redness. I much preferred using the product after applying iquid foundation. It seemed to set my look, and did not apply cakey or make my skin look dry. I was a litle confused on how to use the product at first, as the round brush I was using was much larger than the container. It took a little bit of experimenting with my brush to get the product to apply evenly. I will keep using this product, but most likely will not be purchasing again.

I love this power. I found if I used it as a makeup primer it didn't help my foundation glide across my face like my usual primer but it still worked just as good. I used it as a makeup setter and it worked well. I only had to reapply once during the day to keep the shiny ness away. I am going to replace my current loose powder with this one.

I used a powder brush to apply on moisturized skin. Once applied, skin feels silky and the texture became slightly more even. But as it is dry, it doesn’t help makeup glide more easily across the skin, but I still noticed it glides much better than if I hadn’t used a primer. It makes makeup set well, and makes it last a few hours before some shine starts to comes through. I think one or two re-touch sweeps during the day would make it stay all day long.

I LOVE THIS POWDER! I'm a loose powder user. I brush it on over my foundation or BB creme to reduce shine and give my look a matte finish. I have been looking for a light, colourless powder to go over my BB creme because I do find that adding a loose powder with colour can get a bit heavy at times. This powder is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Plus, it keeps my skin matte and with a LOT less shine than any other powder I've used. I will be making this a regular part of my beauty routine.

Before this product, I had never used a primer or a set powder. I would just put on some concealer, some powder and the rest of my makeup. I love this! It doesn't clog my pores or feel heavy, like I was expecting.

I use it over my concealer, and under my loose powder, and things stay put! Yesterday, I decided to forgo the prime powder, and half way through the day, I was reapplying the loose powder because I was getting pretty shiny.

I haven't really used it as a setting powder though, as I'm not sure when I should put it on - over my entire face after all makeup? Before something or another thing? No idea.

I would recommend this to anyone with the trouble zones that tend to get a little oily through the day!

I received this product through the Chick Advisory Panel. I never use powders, foundations etc. because I don't like my face looking like the ground in the desert, but this product may have found a spot on my shelf.

I loved how easy it was. The product covered well, it hid fine lines, shine, even skin tone and provided a nice matte look across my skin. It did this without being visible. It also did not clog my pores yet provided full day coverage even in warmer temperature. The container also has a disk in it to allow only a bit of the product at a time.

I received this product free to review as part of the GOSH Goddess review panel. I had never ever heard of GOSH cosmetics before trying my wonderful bag of goodies. The Prime 'n Set Powder can be used as a primer or to set your makeup once you've applied it. I used it both ways and I loved the smooth, finished look it gave my skin. My skin has a natural reddish tone to it and the powder softened and gave my skin a luminescent glow. The powder did not come with a brush or powder puff to apply it, which was the only negative thing about it. Definitely will purchase again in the future!

I don't know how much I care for this product. For me, I didn't find it made any difference with how my makeup set or the shine control. But it was very light feeling on this skin which was nice and went on transparent. I probably wouldn't buy it on my own.

I have never used one of these so I was quite pleased. My skin feels quite soft after having used this. I feel it works well with or without a foundation. I didn't notice any smell and it's awesome to be able to control the amount. The only downfall I notice was it does seem to accentuate any fair hairs in certain places if you do not blend properly. Overall I would recommend this product!

Confession: This was the first time ever I use this kind of product. I can't compare with any other brand, but I must say that now, I will start using GOSH Prime'n Set powder because I can see the difference. Also, I love the packaging of this product and the general brand image of GOSH products. I received this product from the ChickAdvisor Products Review Club.
