This is the best Powder ever !!! Really... from morning to evening, my makeup stay put... perfectly !!! It's my miracle Prime 'n set powder :)

i don't use setting powders normally, I find they dry out my skin. I tried this one and it didn't change my mind. If you have oily skin this would probably work well for you. I run on the dry side and found it counteracted my moisturizing foundation. I also don't like the matte look on me personally

I love how I look when I put the Gosh Prime 'n Set Powder .... it makes my face look flawless and I love that. LOVE IT.

I wasn't too keen on using this as a primer, the idea of a powder primer just didn't sit well with me especially because my skin tends to be on the dry side, BUT I tried it anyway and was pleasantly surprised! This was a great product as both a primer and a setting powder, although I feel like it would be better used as a setting powder. It gave my skin a nice matte finish without looking dry.

1.How did the product perform based on its advertised benefits and/or intended use?

The Gosh Prime 'n Set Powder is beyond awesome. No need to dish out your hard earned cash on other setting powders, as this does the trick. My makeup lasted all day with this setting powder. What I loved most is that the powder didn't cause my foundation to oxidize. I also loved that the formula was very finely milled, so it gave a smoothing effect to the skin, filling in texture and enlarged pores.

2.How did the product perform compared to similar products from other brands that you have used in the past?

Honestly, the Gosh Prime 'n Set Powder is not only a comparison to "high end" setting powders, but also a major competitor. I have used at least 4-5 different high end translucent powders previously and the Gosh Prime 'n Set Powder is the smoothest of the ones I've tried. I also love that it doesn't feel starchy on the skin and that my powder brush grabs onto it, instead of most of it flying off into the atmosphere. The packaging is awesome too.

Of course!!

Love love love this! It made my skin look even and felt smooth on. I prefer powders to any kinds of liquids or anything that has a smear factor. I have been trying a few different primers and setters and this one works very nicely. It is not over or understated and dosn't make outrageous claims. It lives up to what is said!!

I had the opportunity to review GOSH Prime 'n Set Powder from Chick Advisor.

I really liked how fine the primer was as I found that it went on really easily as smoothly and was able to provide that long lasting matte finish. I think that the only problem with it was that within a month of use I went through almost half of the container! (but I should mention that I have combination skin). Still, I quite liked it and would purchase it again.

After receiving this product for free to try as part of a review panel, I'm pleased to report that this product is awesome. I've used it alone, under and over makeup. It works to matte-ify your skin and doesn't cause breakouts or irritation. It provides a great foundation for makeup, making it truly last through the day. I would probably purchase again - though a little goes a very long way and it will be awhile before I need another. Would definitely recommend to friends, and already have shared it with a makeup artist!
