GOSH Prime 'n Set Powder went on easily and evenly to give my skin a good finish after I applied my powder foundation. It reduced small blemishes and fine lines on my face and was a good base for the rest of my makeup. I have never used primer before and I think I may now start using it regularly before applying my foundation.

I used a powder brush to apply on moisturized skin. Once applied, skin feels silky and the texture became slightly more even. But as it is dry, it doesn’t help makeup glide more easily across the skin, but I still noticed it glides much better than if I hadn’t used a primer. It makes makeup set well, and makes it last a few hours before some shine starts to comes through. I think one or two re-touch sweeps during the day would make it stay all day long.

Before this product, I had never used a primer or a set powder. I would just put on some concealer, some powder and the rest of my makeup. I love this! It doesn't clog my pores or feel heavy, like I was expecting.

I use it over my concealer, and under my loose powder, and things stay put! Yesterday, I decided to forgo the prime powder, and half way through the day, I was reapplying the loose powder because I was getting pretty shiny.

I haven't really used it as a setting powder though, as I'm not sure when I should put it on - over my entire face after all makeup? Before something or another thing? No idea.

I would recommend this to anyone with the trouble zones that tend to get a little oily through the day!

I have never used one of these so I was quite pleased. My skin feels quite soft after having used this. I feel it works well with or without a foundation. I didn't notice any smell and it's awesome to be able to control the amount. The only downfall I notice was it does seem to accentuate any fair hairs in certain places if you do not blend properly. Overall I would recommend this product!

I actually quite liked this product. I had to go out and buy a big brush in order to use to use it properly but it felt good on my skin and blended in well. A little actually went a long way.

I received the powder along with other GOSH products for testing and review. First off, I have combination skin with very little skin issues. I have tried primers in the past but I was amazed. It was easy to apply, went on smoothly and left my skin looking flawless! On the really humid days, my usually oily spots were not as shiny. I even used the powder on my lids as a primer for my eyeshadow which made it last throughout the day.

I will continue to use it and will look into buying another once it is done. It's a keeper!

I am a great fan of primers, however I had never used a powder primer before.
The powder is loose and silky, but it comes with a sieve and lock to help manage spills.
Love the fact, that it is perfume and paraben free.

After cleaning, I used a powder brush (my bareminerals brush) to apply on moisturised skin, before applying my liquid foundation.
The skin feels silky on application. I then applied the foundation. I did not find any difference from that of a liquid primer or this powder primer.
I also used it at the end after applying all my make up, to set it. I did find tiny bit of glitter granules on my face after applying it, but it was not that noticible, and went away. It did give a smooth finish to my makeup. Very happy with the results.
Having the dry skin, I am glad that this did not aggreviate any dryness.
This is a great alternative to more expensive setting powders.

I did check it out at Shoppers Drug Mart and it retails at $20 taxes. The amount of product that comes in the container, I think it is a great price. I would purchase this and also recommend it.

I liked how as a primer, this was very light yet effective. I can spend the entire day outside and still feel like it keeps everything in place.

I received the GOSH Prime 'n Set Powder as part of the product review club. I think my rating of this product comes down to personal preference. I do like that the powder is fine and therefore it does not cause creasing like other setting powders do. I typically use a liquid primer and so I think I just didn't like the powder's finished look was. Having said that though, I do think that this product would be amazing in the summer time to control oil and shine.
