This is a medium hold hairspray that disperses using a pump spray mechanism. As a result, it does not go on as even as an aerosol, so it does leave areas where the hair is slightly more crunchy than in other areas. There is no obvious flaking. The fragrance is a nice light smell that remains for a little while after being sprayed. Hair looks somewhat thicker and keeps its shape for several hours.
