Messy & Hard to Use

As an avid user of volumizing dry shampoo I was really looking forward to trying this out for my flat hair...I don't really have anything nice to say about it. It was really difficult to apply it where I wanted to, very messy, and just overall not effective. I have long hair so perhaps this would be better suited for someone with shorter hair to easily work it in and acquire the ' instant root lift' it claims to give. Overall, I will not be buying this and do not recommend!

So sticky

This product is extremely affordable at less than 10CAD. Unfortunately, that's where the positive remarks end.

It is so messy and hard to work with. The packaging is similar to a salt shaker, which makes for a really untargeted application. It also makes it hard to control how much product comes out.

The powder itself is VERY white making it hard to conceal against my black hair. It's also very sticky, which is intentional for adding volume, but in practice, it makes it very hard style the hair.

Overall, I don't recommend this product.

Not what I was expecting

I have tried these powder dry shampoo type things before and they have never been my go to, they are messy and I find them hard to use. When I saw they got to be was coming out with a new one I was excited to try it. It was much the same as I had used before. When i shook it out onto my hand i found it was tacky and hard to smooth together and left my hair feeling sticky and when washed it didn’t totally come out. I didn’t like the way it made my hair look or feel.

Not my thing

To be honest when I got this in my box I was a little curious and excited to try it. My hair already has volume in it so I didn't notice much difference. I also hate the texture on my hand it left and left me with that sticky feeling. It was kind of like sticky baby powder. It wasn't for me.

I wasn't a fan

At first, I didn't think I could see any difference at all. Now looking at the photos, I think I see a slight difference? I did as the instructions said, it left my hands feeling weird after which I didn't like. It came off easy once I washed them with soap and water. I don't see as much as a difference as I was expecting. I don't think I would purchase this or recommend.

I really wanted to like this product

Unfortunately I was not a huge fan of this product. Personally I found it to be too sticky and it flattened my hair and made it look greasy. I really liked the idea of this product but it just isn't for me. I think maybe having a different type of the same product may work better for me. It just didn't seem to work well with my hair. I do really like the idea of a volumizing powder that you can put on daily. I will say that it does blend well and does not give you a powdery look at all.

Not my kind of product

I have thin hair that waves a little but otherwise is just...there. I was excited to receive this product complimentary to test and review. It didn’t so much for my hair, and I didn’t find the application method to be great. I much prefer hairspray, mousse or dry shampoo to add volume.

Didn't work for me

Even though i got this for free i feel like i still need to be honest.
Although i've very grateful for getting this product but it didnt work on me. I tried this on 3 different occasions. once with clean hair and i thought it would give me some lift but it did nothing. Second time was second day hair and third was third day hair. I didnt see any difference, maybe it works for other butf or my hair i saw no difference. I gave it to my sister and she has more course hair and it works for her so it's good for her.

Interesting product.... but not for me

Thanks chickadvisor for getting to try this innovative product. I’ve never tried anything like it before, a volumizing powder. I wanted to love this product in hopes of giving hair a much needed boost, unfortunately I hated it. I found it made my hair look and feel greasy.

not for me

this product is not for me it left a white powder in my hair and left my hair feeling weird. I'm sure it would work for other hair types but not mine. I also would change the smell to something more fruity! thanks again !!
