Not my favorite

I am on torn on my feelings about mousse for volume purposes. I feel often it weighs the hair down unless you have a professional hair stylist blow drying it out from all angles, over and over again.

I do not use mousse often, but I gave this a try. It did add some extra volume to my hair, but I also had to blow dry it extra long and more in some spots, so it would dissipate more and not leave my hair crunchy. I feel mousse is one of those things that is not for everyone, but it does work for some.

not a great product for air dryers

I like using mousse, but this one isn't for me. the scent is great and very mild and yes it does hold the curls BUT I don't like the way my hair felt after it was dried. I usually hair dry my hair and want a product that i can put in after I shower and then walk out the door. It was disappointing that this product left my hair feeling heavy and looking kind of greasy instead when I tried doing that.
it works fine when i blow dry my hair but I don't have time for that so this product isn't for me.

Great Hold & Volume

This product was pretty effective for my hair. I liked the volume it produced and that it lasted for a few hours. The only thing that I wished was different was that it was a bit sticky. However I may have used too much product so I will try it again with a little less product and review again. #gotitfree

A mousse fail from got2b

ChickAdvisor sent to me for free to test out the product. I used it twice, and already I was unhappy with it. It just made my hair rough and sticky. I don't use any kind of heat to style my hair cause they cause split ends to my hair. I guess you can only use it with heat.

Mousse is essential! Must buy!

I love putting mousse in my hair, especially got2b's Volumaniac Bodyfying Mousse. This incredibly product did wonders for my hair and made me look my best. Its great for everyday along with special events and night outs. I can't wait to recommend it to my friends!

Love it

I love this mousse. I've been using the creams for many years avoiding mousse because it makes my hair crunchy. Got2b did not make my hair crunchy and gave me nice curls. I have not had frizzy hair with this product that I received for free in exchange for my review. I like that it doesn't have a strong scent. Perfect for my scent free workplace. I would definitely buy this product.

Mousse That Works

I received this product for free to try out for testing purposes. The got2be Volumaniac Bodifying Mousse is very good. I don't usually use mousse but after trying it I may use it every once in a awhile. I used it after doing a braid out and just want to keep my waves under control on a humid day. At the end of the day, my hair looked just like when I styled it in the morning and it I didn't use a lot of it so I didn't have that crunchy feeling. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to add volume, body and keep their style in place without the crunch.

While the hairspray rocks, the mousse fails!

While I absolutely LOVE the hairspray in the same line, I can't say the same about the mousse.

Pros: Smell
Cons: Everything else. While in your hands, the mousse feels light and airy, smells nice, and goes through damp hair smoothly, when your hair air dries, it is left stiff, crunchy and almost waxy.

Now in my defence, I used an appropriate amount for my hair length (which is long and naturally wavy). I use the same amount I normally do with any other mousse product. I used it the same too; spread evenly throughout my hair, scrunched with my hand, and air dried. I did NOT like how my hair dried. The product made my hair feel waxy and made it look greasy. Not oily, but greasy! I can usually last up to 4 days without washing my hair, and by the next day, I had to shower to get the gross feeling out. Even brushing my hair, it felt very stiff, and white residue was coming out.

While this may work for girls who blow-dry their hair, it didn't work for me as I exclusively air-dry.

It might work for you, but I didn't like it. I passed it along to my mom for her to try since she has short hair.

My eighties hair is back... but it a good way!

I've been testing out the Got2B Volumaniac Bodyfying Mousse from GLISS/göt2b which I received free for testing purposes.

My hair is lacking in the volume department. I actually hadn't used mousse for years. What fun mousse can be! I scrunched a handful of mousse into my limp wet hair and all of a sudden I had beach waves. It's amazing what a little product can do.
