Hold without stickiness
My daughter's been using this because she doesn't like her frizzy hair. It works well but makes her hair kind of crunchy. It keeps her hair smooth until she combs it out and then it's straw like and poofy. #gotitfree
Didn't volumize enough
I received the got2B Volumaniac bodyfying mousse as part of a Chickadvisor campaign for free , in exchange for my honest review . #Gotitfree
This product was tested on thin wavy hair.
I was very happy to be selected to be apart of this campaign as I have thin hair with no body or volume . The first time I tested out the mousse I used too much and it made my hair crunchy and feel like straw so I knew next time to use less . The second time I used it I used the perfect amount. It distributed through my hair easily and evenly . I blow dried my hair and I barely noticed a difference in my hair unfortunately. It felt a little heavier and maybe a very little amount of body to it , but Hardly noticeable . I kept using it in hopes it would get better but it didn't. It has a very pleasant scent and is available in a 226g bottle . It's $10.87 at Shoppers Drugmart.
I use a much better product to give me volume and bounce to my hair . I can't recommend this .
Make Sure You Shake It
The first time I went to use this mousse I didn't shake it and it came out in a large, liquidy puddle. I promptly flipped the can and read the instructions; shake before use. I applied it to my hair anyways and I blow dried it. My hair felt crunchy and it was clumped together.
The following day I shook it first and it came out as it should; light and resembling mousse. Again I blow dried it and still didn't have much success. My round brush got stuck in my hair and it had an odd feeling to it. My hair didn't have any extra volume and it didn't hold my style. I have tried this mousse many times and haven't found a way to make it work. Unfortunately, I won't be purchasing this in the future.

Leaves hair crunchy and brittle
I tried this product for free as part of the Chickadvisor review panel.
I attempted to use this product on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, it never added any volume or lift to my hair. Instead, it left it crunchy and dried out. This made it really hard to brush through the next day.
I definitely do NOT recommend this product.

A voluminous sticky mess
It did indeed volumize my hair all day. However each time I tryed it with smaller amounts of mousse each time my hair still ended up feeling sticky. Then when the stickyness went away it was dry from the product. As long as i didnt touch my hair it looked good. But touchability gets a fail for me.
Not for me
I love the idea of mousse. I love putting it in my hand, it's so much fun! I wanted this product to be great.
However I hate the way it leaves my hair feeling. But I have never liked mousse in my hair. It doesn't feel natural. It feels heavy and dirty. I honestly couldn't wait to wach it out
I'm sure for other people this product is awesome, but sadly it's just not for me
Good for your dollar
A good salon quality mousse that won't cost you an arm and a leg. A good hold and doesn't make your hair look dirty. Would definitely recommend this!!
Doesn't hold a curl for the life of it
I #Gotitfree from chickadvisor, and I'm glad I didn't pay for this. I've never written a bad review, but this product did not do what it's supposed to. I curled my hair for my graduation, and used the mousse to help keep the curls where they should be, and keep my hair looking like it had some volume. Well, within 2 hours, my hair started to go flat again. I can't tell you how upset I was. You want a good product, don't buy this one. Sorry chickadvisor.
Does what it says it does
while there's nothing wrong with this product, i'm not certain it's for me. i generally use a salt spray on my fine hair because it takes the tiny bit of a wave i have and enhances it. this mousse, while adding volume and not making my hair greasy didn't have that bit of movement I like. overall it seems ok. the bottle though, seemed hard to use. I shook the can as directed but found the button hard to depressed and found a lot of air coming out rather than product. it took a few tried to get the amount i needed. as i don't usually use these kinds of dispensers i'm not sure if this is normal or if i have a faulty bottle. #gotitfree
