This is a great brand for coconut oil. I use it for my hair, skin, cuticles and to make DIY makeup wipes. Haven't really used it for cooking to be honest but I know that coconut oil is very good when used in food.

Mmm...so tasty! I use it for cooking like in a stir fry or on sliced bread, or even in baking; it's a great substitute for butter and way healthier. I also use this on my skin as a beautiful moisturizer as it helps protect my skin and penetrates deeply to ensure my skin is hydrated (so many great reasons to use it). I have also used it in oil pulling and it really does brighten ones mouth - makes it nice and sparkly fresh.
