We were looking specifically for a convertible car seat that would be good to use in our compact car (Honda Civic 2006) since my husband is very tall. The car seat itself was released in Canada earlier this year so it is fairly new on the market. The seat retails for $308-310. Rearfacing it goes up to 35 llbs and forward facing up to 65 llbs.

The installation itself was about average. Not overly difficult compared to other seats but not easy either. There was no need to use a pool noodle or rolled towel to get the needed fit on the seat. Because our baby is10 months old we tried it on the second most upright setting. When it was installed we were able to push back the passenger seat almost all the way back. Because of its sleek design (it doesn't flair at the sides) it has the ability to go next to another car seat rather easily. I tried sitting in the drivers seat to see about it impeding my ability to do shoulder checks and the seat did not block anything.

A nice feature that this seat has at its price point is that there is no need to rethread the harness because of the Simply Safe Adjust harness system which adjusts the headrest and the shoulder height of the harness at the same time. The seat is also nice and light. Though we won't be using it anytime soon, a nice feature is also the removable cupholder.

Definitely recommend this seat - it is a great price and fits perfectly in compact vehicles. This seat is ideal for parents who want to do extended rearfacing for a baby that is on the longer and more slender side.
