Loved then frustration

I really loved the stroller and felt it was very fairly priced. But when something broke on it I was told they didn’t have the parts and I ended up having to take a refund for half of the value and buy another stroller from a different company. I would have been happy to replace the one I had but was very frustrated that they could not do so.
