Works well but packaging is terrible

This mascara works well. It does a good job at lengthening and volumizing my lashes. However, the packaging needs to be improved. The wand clumps easily and unfortunately after approximately a month of use, the wand handle broke off and rendered the product useless. For the cost of this product, this should not be happening!
