Great product for hair skin and nails!

I have been using the great lakes collagen for months now. I sought this out after getting frustrated with hair loss and broken nails. This powder dissolves great in hot and cold liquids. I didn't notice any taste which is wonderful, it does add a little bit of thickness to your beverage of choice. I prefer mine in coffee or smoothies.
