great value

I tried this because i love to eat waffles in the mornings sometimes so i tried this and i can say its really good and gives that butter flavor that i like and its cheap so i was good with that .

Cheap but yummy

I used to always buy more expensive brands of pancake mix, but I happened to buy this one day when my regular brand was all gone at my local Walmart! What a pleasant surprise!! Only costs 1.97 and it's great for waffles or pancakes!
