These cookies are delicious. They have a perfect peanut butter/ fudge/ cookie crunch ratio. These make a decadent treat. Peanut butter and chocolate lovers will absolutely love these. The outer layer is a fudgy, melty, creamy chocolate. Then inside, at the top, there is a layer of thick peanut butter, while the interior bottom layer is a crunchy chocolate cookie.
