I like buying the mini marshmallows to use in my square recipes ,since they are small,they melt easier and more evenly ,they are super cheap and I always have a bag in my pantry .I could never eat them as they are because I can't stand the sweet consistency ,they are too gooey .In baking though they are perfect.
