This is a very nice generic type pasta, easy on the budget and easy to cook.

Found at Real Canadian Super Store on sale for $1.00/ 900g package. Made from 100% durum semolina.

I do volunteering for SMILE-Edmonton and am always on the look out for inexpensive nutritional ingredients for the dishes I make to feed the homeless. This pasta definitely fits the bills, cooks up wonderfully, goes nicely into so many different dishes. You can make casseroles, salads etc with it.

At $1.00/bag it is definitely worth trying, so very versatile and economic.
