Best baking ingredient
In my mind, there is no substitution for butter, weather it be in your baking or on your table. I realize moderation is a good thing in all things, but, to try and use a margarine to replace a natural product, won't happen in my kitchen. Lately butter has been going on sale quite often, and I stock up and freeze when I can.
Lower Price For Butter
I don't use salted butter very often but one time I accidentally did purchase this when I was doing some baking. I found there was the right amount of salt in it, and I simple omitted the salt called for in the recipe. All the baked goods turned out wonderful! This butter is cheaper than the brand names but it does the job just as well! Salted butter is also good if you want to spread butter on toast because it already has a bit of a more elevated taste.
