I'm a big fan of coconut in any form and I love to buy it by the bag so I can add it to a variety of different treats. I got this great value coconut at Walmart for $1.27.

My main thing I use this for is a toasted coconut and lemon cheesecake but I also add it to other things like granola, ice cream and homemade chocolates. This coconut us very sweet and tasty.
