So I just finished wolfing down half of this bar because it's just SO good!!

I tried it in the Ginger flavour, which I really like. There are small pieces of candied ginger throughout the bar, and the ginger flavour is not too strong which makes it the perfect blend of ginger and dark chocolate.

It's not too sweet not too bitter either. I can't believe it's organic!

I got a PR sample in Dark Chocolate with Orange and Spices. Normally I prefer milk chocolate, but I wanted to try this one because I used to love those Terry's Chocolate Oranges (do they still make those?). Anyways, I really enjoyed this flavour! It didn't have the bitter taste some dark chocolates have. When you first bit into it you can taste the spices - it's tastes Christmas-y. And then the after taste is orange!

I admit when I took my first bite I tasted the spices and was taken aback, but then the orange flavour kicked in and I loved it!

I love that this is organic and certified fair trade chocolate - a huge incentive to choose this again.

I just tried the Green & Black's Organic Mint Dark Chocolate. It is absolutely amazing. It has a soft minty centre. I love the mixture of chocolate and mint and they have done it to perfection! I'm trying not to eat it all at once... very tempting!
