Greens has been around many years and it definitely works for some, but not for everyone. Some people get stomach upset and for me it has too many different things in the formula. I prefer taking spirulina on it's own and various supplements or nutritious foods, and smoothies etc. When I've used it in the past, it didn't agree with me.
I have been taking greens for 2 months now. I was lacking energy and feeling overall blah. I was recommended this by a friend, and am now a firm believer. I mix it in water and drink it up every morning, and I really do feel better. One serving of this equals 5 leafy green salads. Tons of vitamins. It gives a list of everything that is in it on the container. I won't go a morning without taking my greens !
