Gentle and non-drying!

Thanks to @thisisbutterly and @GrownAlchemist for gifting me their Energizing Body Cleanser in Chamomile, Bergamot, Rose.
I have pretty dry skin, especially in the winter time my skin gets extra dry and sensitive to the point that I get eczema. So I love that this Energizing Body Cleanser is sulfate-free and did not irritate or dry out my skin. It is a very gentle, low-foaming lightweight gel formula that doesn't strip moisture from my skin. Formulated with plant-based citrus acid (AHA) that gently decongests and exfoliates, leaving my skin feeling smooth. I also like that it has a mild energizing fragrance, created using essential oils. Is a must if you want a gentle spa like cleanser.

Energize Body Cleanser

I received this Grown Alchemist Energize Body Cleanser for free in exchange for my honest review. I've been using it in the shower and loving it. It is a low foam gel type cleanser that glides across your skin. It washes off effortlessly. I found it to be lightly scented without being overpowering or long lasting. I did not experience any ill effects. It left my skin feeling clean and refreshed.

Obsessed With This Rose Scent

Thanks to Butterly I got to try this Energize Body Cleanser for free in exchange for my honest review. I can not explain how much I love the way this smells! I wish they made more products in this scent like a body or hand cream. It has a strong floral rose scent which is followed by lighter notes of chamomile and bergamot. My only complaint is that I wish it lasted longer. The scent doesn't linger and by the time you get out of the shower it's gone. This cleanser has a gel like texture that forms a gentle milky lather. It's perfect for dry skin. As it doesn't really suds up, I find the best way to use it is on slightly damp skin with a cloth. If you add too much water, it won't lather and you will end up using more product than you need to. I really like to use this after I exfoliate to sooth my skin and lock in moisture. The packaging is luxurious, it looks like a fancy amber glass bottle but it is really plastic so you don't have to worry about it breaking if it falls in your washroom.

Skincare in the shower!

Great body cleanser! Does not suds up that much but still feels like you’re getting clean! I love the scent and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious shower cleanser!

Good but doesn't lather and strong herbal scent

Even though it worked the same as the cream in terms of getting a smooth, soft and clean skin immediately after applying it, I wouldn't purchase this one again. I'm very particular about shower gels and the fact that it does not lather really bothers me. The gel consistency here again is easy to apply but I somewhat need a shower gel to lather to feel refreshed and I find I ended up using way too much product every time I had a shower.

Also the scent is not my favorite. While it is nice if you like anything herbal, it's too strong for me and I'd again much prefer an actual energizing scent. I find the word "energize" to be misleading. I wouldn't expect an herbal scent associated with the "energize" word. Most of the shower gels that are labeled as "energizing" are usually based on a fruity or citrus scent. Herbal scents sound more relaxing or calming than energizing so that would be maybe something to think about on the company's side.

Overall, it was still a very nice discovery and I will be purchasing different products from this company since the body cream was great.

The best!!!

This body wash is by far the best and is gentle on skin. It smells soo good and relaxing. Every day with the shower gel feels like spa day. I love the sensational notes of Chamomile and rose makes me feel so fresh and energized. I love how this wash is also good for all types of skin and doesn't dry out my skin. I definitely recommend this body wash which is so gentle, mild and invigorating.

Love it!

I received this free in exchange for an honest review thanks to butterly! - all thoughts and opinions are my own. I absolutely fell in love with this body cleanser. The scent, the feel, everything! - I’ve been looking forward to showers lately instead of them feeling like a chore. Leaving the shower feeling so clean and refreshed, with the sweet but very mild scents I just adore it! I don’t find the scents over whelming, I found it very luxurious and silky feeling. I feel like I found such a great self care staple now with this cleanser, I feel like a brand new women each time I use it! I wish I was exaggerating but I feel like I’m in a commercial with how much I’ve fallen in love with it. It’s well worth a try if you’re wanting a little extra self care in the shower! - a few other things to note, I adore how gentle it is, along with how hydrating it feels. I also think the packaging is very aesthetically pleasing and looks so nice sitting in my shower.

At home spa experience

I love the smell of this body cleanser. It isn't overly perfumed, but rather a subtle scent which I enjoyed. It is gentle on the skin and did not dry my skin out.

For me this product only had one downfall. I was not impressed by how this body wash lathered. This body cleanser is a gel consistency that doesn't get very sudsy. Because of this, I found I ended up using more product than I usually do. This is probably just a matter of personal preference.

I'm a big fan of the simplicity of the packaging and what this brand stands for

If you are looking to bring the spa experience home, I would recommend trying this product.

Soothing and gentle - Perfect for very dry skin

I received this product to review and I have to be honest: I normally associate “Energize" with minty, orangey scented products that are generally a little too abrasive for my dry skin. This gel is quite the opposite.

I have very dry skin and have been using it for the past couple weeks and I’m quite amazed at how gentle and soothing it is. It helped my parched skin revive and leaves it smooth and not irritated. It has the texture of a lubricant (go figure🤣) and doesn’t foam but lathers well. A bit like their hand wash gel.

Another point is the scent. I normally HATE chamomile but mixing it with bergamot and rose is genius. It actually gives it more of an herbal-y scent that I can enjoy.

So overall, for wintertime and my very dry skin, this is a perfect gel wash :)

Great cleanser

A wonderful non drying cleanser, with a mild yet sharp scent! I have been using this cleanser and it is so nice. The smell is sharp but not overpowering and my skin feels wonderful afterwards!
