Absolutely love the smell of this and how it feels texture wise. I tried it with a loofa and a wash cloth. it foamed great with both and didnt leave a residue on my skin after I washed it off!

Light Gel Cleanser

This body cleanser is a very lightweight gel cleanser. You might need to use a bit more product than usual as a body cleanser. It removes the impurities but doesn't hydrate your skin after cleansing. It will work best in combination with the body cream.
After washing, your skin is gentle to the touch. And this smells very natural!

Self care in a bottle

I love using this body cleanser in the shower. When the steam from my shower combines with the calming and energizing scents I instantly feel relaxed and can feel my stresses wash away. This cleanser lathers up nicely and is easy to apply. It is not overly foamy, which I prefer. My skin instantly felt smooth, refreshed and healthy after just one use. I have very dry skin in the winter and this cleanser does not irritate or leave my skin feeling dry.

A spa experience at home!

Thank you Butterly for the free Grown Alchemist Energize Body Cleanser to try and review! I’m a huge bergamot fan, so I love that this is scented with it. That being said, the body cleanser smells great and the subtle scent it leaves on my skin is heavenly, it’s like I’m being transported to the spa every time I use it. I like that you don’t need to use a lot of product to feel like your skin is being cleansed and refreshed, which is great as I want this bottle to last forever! During the dry winter months, most body cleansers tend to dry out my skin, so I was very impressed that this didn’t feel like I was stripping my skin. Adding this cleanser to my routine has added a sense of luxury to my overall shower experience.

Gentle & soft on skin

This cleanser isn’t a foaming type of cleanser so it feels oily when using it but it’s very gentle and soft on the skin. It doesn’t make my skin feel dried out like a soap bar would. I don’t love the scent when showering but the scent fades so it doesn’t bother me.

Overall it’s a nice body wash but find that I use too much because it doesn’t lather and is on thinner side for a liquid body wash so it’s hard to tell if I’ve gone overboard or not. It would be nice if it foamed even a little bit so I don’t feel like I’m wasting as much especially for the price of it.

Rejuvenating and Refreshing!

The opportunity to try this product for free made has made me a fan.
I was not sure what to expect in terms of quality of how effective a plant based body cleansing gel would be as opposed to a non-plant based one.
However I was blown away by the results. It does a fantastic job at removing dirt and impurities. You don't have to apply a lot to get the needed results.
It nourishes your skin, taking care of dryness and dullness. It smells great and is not overempowering.
It leaves your skin hydrated and feeling fresh. The rejuvenating blend of mandarin, rosemary and cedarwood and the aroma it leaves you and the room with makes it a must buy try product for everyone out there.
